In order to keep the Centre a quiet, tranquil space for all clients we ask that you:

In order to keep the Centre a quiet, tranquil space for all clients we ask that you:
- Turn cell phones off.
- Keep your voice down in shared areas.
- Respect the privacy and space of others around you.
Payment
- We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa or Interac.
- Prepaid treatment packages and gift certificates are also available.
Health Insurance
- We can issue you a receipt for extended health insurance. Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm you have coverage for Naturopathic visits, massage therapy visits, acupuncture performed by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, psychotherapy preformed by a Registered Social Worker and Naturopathic Supplements (sometimes known as a health spend account).
- Please inform us of your coverage as we make every effort to be conscious of working within your limits.
Scheduling Treatments
- Appointments are made by phone, email, online booking or in person.
- Appointments are scheduled before each treatment.
- Please let us know if you qualify for a student or senior's discount when booking your first appointment. Proof of ID required at first visit.
Lateness
- Try to arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your treatment. Be aware that if you are late, it will cut into your treatment time. If this is your first visit, you can come in 15 minutes early to fill out the paper work, or download it, fill it out and bring it with you.
Cancellation
- We require 24-hours notice to cancel an appointment. We prefer cancellations by phone. Should you miss an appointment, you will be charged a $30 missed appointment fee.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds on treatments or treatment packages. However, some treatment packages are transferable (Naturopathic visits and Psychotherapy are not).
Wheelchair access
- The Centre is partially wheelchair accessible. We can accommodate special needs for most services ( except sauna, classes, and a couple others) please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
